  • Ranking disputes without factual errors: Businesses cannot appeal subjective scores. We only reconsider if factual mistakes affected evaluation.
  • Requests to exclude competitors: We don't accept requests to remove or downrank specific businesses.
  • Individual service recommendations: We publish rankings but don't provide personal consulting on which business to choose.
  • Paid placement requests: Rankings cannot be purchased. Don't ask—it undermines our credibility.
